We are having a contest against Oscoda, Whittemore & Hale to see which school can raise the most money. A traveling trophy will be awarded. The contest will run through December & January. Please put your extra change into the YAC jar during lunch! Every two weeks you will be updated on the money we have collected and which school has collected the most!

The 2008-2009 high school yearbook entitled "Under Construction" is on sale through December 8, 2008. The yearbook staff sells the books through the publisher Herff Jones. All high school students should have received their order forms in the mail. If not, please see Mrs. Beckley and she will give you another form. Students will receive another mailer in November. You can also order them online at www.yearbookordercenter.com and then type in the order #40312. You must order your yearbook through the publisher, not the school or yearbook club. The yearbook club will only be ordering 20 extra books and these will be sold on a first come basis so now is the time to get your copy.

December Trivia is in the west end show case. This is a chance to win a 2009 Tawas Yearbook! Pick up trivia sheets from either Mrs. Mikulski or Mrs. Kosto and return them by 2:30 PM on December 17th.
